What do I need to do to receive the GSA pricing on office supplies & furniture?

AAA Business Supplies & Interiors attaches the GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Pricing to all Federal Government accounts to insure that all Federal Government agencies receive this pricing.

How do I get set up with AAA Business Supplies & Interiors?

Click on “Sign Up Form” and provide us with the required information.
Click on “Catalog Request” if you would like us to send you catalogs of the items on GSA contract.
Click on “Request an On Line Account” if you would like to place your orders on line through our eSolution web site.

What different methods can I use to order?

You can phone, order on-line, e-mail or fax your orders or you can place orders with an outside salesperson.

Can I use the GSA Advantage! ordering portal to order from AAA Business Supplies & Interiors?

Yes.  Place orders for the contract holder “Independent Stationers”.  These orders will be forwarded to Independent Stationers, who will forward them to AAA Business Supplies & Interiors as an authorized distributor under this contract.  It would be helpful to indicate somewhere on the order to forward the order to AAA as Independent Stationers has more than one authorized distributor in this market.

Can I use the DoD EMALL ordering portal to order from AAA Business Supplies & Interiors?

Yes.  Place orders for the contract holder “is.group”.  These orders will be forwarded to is.group (Independent Stationers), who will forward them to AAA Business Supplies & Interiors as an authorized distributor under this contract.  It would be helpful to indicate somewhere on the order to forward the order to AAA as is.group has more than one authorized distributor in this market.

Can I use the Army ASFI or Navy NECO systems to order on line from AAA Business Supplies & Interiors?

Not at present.  Please use either the AAA eSolution site (aaasolutions.com/gsa.htm), GSA Advantage! or DoD EMALL.

Are there advantages to using  AAA Business Supplies & Interiors eSolution online ordering vs GSA Advantage or DoD EMALL?

Yes.  The Government ordering portals are not directly linked to our system and therefore only provide government employees with access to about 10,000 of the 65,000 items available directly from our site.  Having access to more items better enables Government employees to efficiently consolidate orders.  In addition, we believe that ordering through our site, which is exclusively designed for finding and ordering office supplies, will prove to be faster and easier than ordering through Government portals.  Our site securely stores SmartPay/Government Purchasing Card information to make ordering more convenient.

Yes.  If you provide us with your SmartPay purchase card number, we will attach it directly to your account for automatic use in the future.  This card used to be referred to as an IMPAC card prior to 1998.

Yes, but we are not HUBZone certified.

Does AAA Business Supplies & Interiors offer recycled items?  
Yes, we offer an extensive selection of recycled items.  These items are all identified on the AAA eSolution on-line ordering site with a recycled symbol. 
Does AAA Business Supplies & Interiors pick up laser cartridges and recycle them?
Yes.  Simply leave them at the place where we normally make deliveries, with a  "Recycling for AAA" note attached to them.

Can I process returns on line?

Yes.  Click on Order On-Line, and click on the Return Authorization Form.  If you are already in eSolution, click on the Home page and click on the Returns button.

Will I be charged state and local sales taxes?

No.  Federal government accounts are exempt from paying sales tax.

Does AAA accept orders to APO/FPO overseas addresses?

Yes.  These orders will be mailed via the United States Postal Service (USPS) as United Parcel (UPS) does not deliver to these addresses.  Orders may take up to 2 weeks to arrive.  These deliveries are registered and we request a confirmation of delivery.  Freight is charged on USPS orders.  Please note that certain products may not be available for mailing.  Please e-mail these orders to apo-fpoorders@aaasolutions.com as they require special handling.  Please indicate the following in your e-mail:

  1. The complete APO-FPO address.  If you have a U.S. consolidation point to which you wish us to send the product, especially if it is not shippable by the USPS, please provide the consolidation shipping address, your Transportation Account Code (TAC) and your Transportation Control Number (TCN).  We will UPS the product to this shipping point at no charge.

  2. The Purchase card information, including the billing address for the owner of the card.

  3. The item numbers and quantities desired.
